Warranty

All FlavÉ jewelry pieces are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only in cases where a valid reason is provided and covers manufacturing defects exclusively, including:

Structural faults

Setting issues directly related to craftsmanship

After the initial 30-day period, items are no longer covered under warranty, unless a manufacturing defect can be clearly identified and confirmed upon inspection.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Natural aging of materials

Scratches, discoloration, or tarnishing

Damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper care

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our quality control team.
